By using Clarity Compass, you agree to:

Clarity Compass offers digital products including guides, workbooks, courses, and templates for purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information.

Refunds: Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue with a product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

Clarity Compass may offer rewards and recognition programs, including Gold Stars, Clarity Bucks, and occasional contests.

These programs are designed to encourage reflection and engagement. They may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any reward at our discretion.

Clarity Compass, including its software, branding, courses, guides, graphics, and other content, is owned by Brooke Write and protected by intellectual property laws.

You own the content you create in the app — your journal entries, reflections, and uploaded materials.

By uploading content, you grant Brooke Write a limited license to use, display, and process that content solely as necessary to operate the app for you.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Brooke Write’s content without permission.

We respect your privacy and collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the Clarity Compass experience.

A detailed Privacy Policy will be made available. In the meantime, we are committed to protecting your personal information and using it responsibly.

Your journal entries, reflections, and personal data are private to you and are not shared with other users.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the app’s settings.

Brooke Write reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or that misuse the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use Clarity Compass ceases immediately.

Clarity Compass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brooke Write shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service.

You use Clarity Compass at your own risk.
