Contest Rules

Each month, Clarity Compass runs a giveaway to celebrate community members who are actively engaging with their growth journey. Every Gold Star you earn — whether by completing a roadmap yourself or by referring someone who completes theirs — counts as one entry.

At the end of the month, one winner is selected at random from all eligible entries. There's no purchase necessary to enter or win.

To enter the Monthly Gold Star Giveaway, you must:

• Be a registered Clarity Compass user with an active account.
• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province or territory).
• Be a resident of Canada at the time of the draw.
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of Brooke Write.

You earn entries automatically by earning Gold Stars:

• Complete an entire roadmap journey — each completion earns you one Gold Star, which equals one entry.
• Refer someone who completes their own roadmap journey — that's a Gold Star for you, and another entry.

The more Gold Stars you earn, the more entries you have in the draw. All Gold Stars earned to date count toward your lifetime entries.

One winner is selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or shortly after the last day of each month.

The draw is conducted electronically using a random selection process. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

The selected entrant will be notified by:

• Email sent to the address on their Clarity Compass account.
• An in-app notification within the Clarity Compass app.

The winner will be announced on or after the winner announcement date shown above.

The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified.

To claim the prize, the winner must:

• 1Reply to the notification email confirming they wish to accept the prize.
• 2Correctly answer the skill-testing question without assistance.
• 3Provide any information needed for prize delivery.

If the prize is not claimed within the claim period, or if the winner cannot be reached, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

The winner is responsible for any and all taxes associated with the prize, where applicable under Canadian federal or provincial law. Brooke Write does not withhold taxes on behalf of winners and recommends consulting a tax professional for guidance.

To keep the giveaway fair, Brooke Write monitors all entries. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification:

• ×creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate Gold Stars
• ×referral fraud or self-referrals
• ×any form of automation or scripting
• ×providing false or misleading information

Brooke Write reserves the right to disqualify any entry and revoke any prize if fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed.

Brooke Write reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the Monthly Gold Star Giveaway at any time, including changes to the prize, eligibility, entry method, winner selection date, or these rules.

Any changes to the contest rules will be updated on this page. If a contest is cancelled, all eligible entries for that period will be void. Prizes already awarded will not be affected.

Personal information collected through the contest (such as your name and email) is used solely to administer the giveaway and deliver prizes. Winner information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws.

With the winner's consent, their first name and prize may be announced within the app and on Brooke Write's communications. No other personal information will be shared.
